Brooklyn Community Recovery Center 1

Brooklyn Community Recovery Center

Recovery doesn’t end after treatment.  Find the community and the resources you need to stay on track.

The Brooklyn Community Recovery Center (BKCRC) is a peer-driven drug and alcohol addiction recovery support center, serving the Bedford-Stuyvesant and central Brooklyn area, created in collaboration with state and local community-based organizations. We welcome men and women, ages 18 and over, seeking recovery. All services are free of charge. We facilitate referrals and provide resources to link individuals to community supports that assist in recovery from alcohol and substance use disorder. Our goal is to inspire and empower our members with the recovery skills necessary to become healthy, purposeful and successful members of the community—and to enjoy the rewards of substance-free lives. We are committed to encouraging health and wellness activities, as well as helping members enhance their job readiness skills. Seminars promoting substance use disorder prevention, education, exercise, and counseling are available at the Center.

We offer hope and empowerment to all individuals seeking strength in recovery.
