The Brentwood Mental Health Clinic provides comprehensive Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitative Services (MHOTRS) for individuals and families. Licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) under 14 NYCRR Part 599, the clinic offers a safe and supportive environment where clients can engage in personalized treatment and goal-oriented rehabilitation within their community.

At Phoenix House, we believe in a collaborative approach to mental health. By working together with clients, supportive staff, and peers, we help individuals facing mental health challenges maximize their functioning and achieve empowerment across all areas of their lives. Our services are designed to support individuals in identifying and working toward their personal goals through the assistance of an interdisciplinary team of behavioral health professionals. While mental health recovery at every stage is our primary focus, we are well-equipped to address dual recovery, a common challenge among our clientele. 

Our clinic is committed to minimizing the symptoms and adverse effects of mental illness while promoting overall wellness, recovery, and an improved quality of life. We utilize a range of evidence-based practices, including psychotherapy and pharmacological interventions, to deliver effective treatment. 

Phoenix House values strong collaboration with the individuals and families we serve. Our interdisciplinary team is dedicated to meeting the needs of our community, providing a hopeful and motivating therapeutic environment where clients can find the treatment and support, they need for their journey to recovery.
