The Springfield Gardens Mental Health Community Residence serves individuals struggling with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health issues. 

The program focuses on stabilizing acute symptoms of mental illness and helping clients develop the skills necessary to lead healthy, drug-free lives. Reintegration into the community is facilitated by addressing daily living skills, symptom management, and more.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) 
Individual and group counseling 
Treatment for substance abuse and/or co-occurring mental health problems

Discharge planning
